It depends! I mix it up and play with designs and forms. I highly suggest grabbing a piece if you like it :)
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, I'm only shipping throughout the USA at this time. Hope to expand internationally soon!
When will I receive my item(s)?
Shipping // After an order is placed, I carefully pack and ship out packages within 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number to confirm your package is on its way to its new home! After I drop item(s) off, delivery timelines are no longer in my control.
Address // two waves ceramics is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. I'm happy to reship if packages are "returned to sender," but you will be asked to cover reshipping fees.
Local Pick-Up // If you are elgible for local pick-up, please reach out for a discount code to apply to your order. I'll contact you to coordinate pick-up.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Each two waves ceramics piece is handmade, will vary in nature, and can not be replicated. All sales are final - I do not offer refunds or returns.
If there are any issues with your package, please contact me within 48 hours once received, and we can work out a one-on-one solution. Thanks for understanding!
